Ordered something very small for Christmas due to it being out of stock from our usual supplier. Ordered it with 3 day select shipping.

Upon receiving the email receipt I noticed their shipping policy states processing is ‘1-3 business days’. Immediate sent a request for clarification on when it would actually ship via their ‘contact us’ section on the site with no response. Called and spoke with a lady who kept cutting me off by stating their shipping policy and repeatedly telling me when I placed the order and would not garumtee a delivery date. I tried several times to explain that I had already tried to contact them about the order and Just get clarity that i’d receive it prior to Christmas but kept getting cut off by an obviously overwhelmed and frustrated customer service rep.

I finally just cancelled the order, was wished a sarcastic Merry Christmas and hung up on. Wild Bill gained and lost a customer within 3 days...
