I ordered 24 knives 1 week ago for $600.

All I received is a auto-email that my order 'is processing'.

I paid extra for Fedex.

I happened to have the owners email because I emailed in regarding his inop website.

No one answers the phone. No one emails anything back.

Only after I stated that I would inform Visa of fraud did the owner Mr. Gossin offer excuses about Black Friday blah, blah, blah.

I still have no tracking #.

I will report this company to the local authorities and Visa if my knives do not ship Monday Dec 3, 2018.

This company is probably a drop-shipper with nothing in stock.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

10 years business with this company, rated top 50 buyers and this is how we are treated.

I am Billy Denham El i placed an order on jun 8, 2019 and have not receieved my products. I have called multiple times, emailed and no response.

I am going to get with others and see if we can pursue a lawsuit or some sort of civil case i will also notify my credit card company and the authorities in Tucker GA. Can anyone give me some insight

My name Jerome and I am having the same issue a lot of you others are having.I placed a order jun 5th an haven't received my anything, my order is still saying processing. I've called over 70 time emailed over 15 times with no return emails or answered calls.I just went on wild bill Facebook page an its a lot of people on there dealing with this same problem.

This is Bill Gossin, co-owner of Wild Bill Wholesale. I have answered some other posts on here regarding logistical problems we had in December, which quite frankly were a nightmare both for us and for the customers' orders that were affected.

The issues have been resolved and now orders are going out as normal. I would invite anyone who still has a problem with their order to write to me personally bill@***.com and I will see to it personally that the issue is resolved whether by getting the order shipped, or via refund. To THass who alleges that we took $4,000 from him, I believe the merchandise you ordered has been shipped, please notify me at the above email address if not. To allege that someone "stole" from you would infer that we took your money with no intent to ship your items or give your money back.

I'm not an attorney, but I believe that borders on slander if it can't be proven. Also, I am good friends with many members of our local DeKalb County Police. Quite a number of them shop in our showroom for knives, tactical equipment, etc. so I'm sure I would have heard by now about any "reports filed with them".

Also, if you will do some research you will find that Wild Bill's is a corporation chartered and headquartered in Georgia. The owners of a corporation are legally shielded from lawsuits involving the corporation, you can only sue the corporation. We hope you don't find this necessary. You would have to hire a lawyer in Georgia and the expense would far outweigh any money that you recovered.

However, none of this is necessary since we have no intention of "taking" any money from you. I am sorry if any of this sounds rude or offensive to you, but some folks get on these forums and just start ranting and raving really giving companies a black eye without giving us any chance to present our side of the story. In addition it was quite rude of you to give out Wendy's private cell phone number which was given to you in confidence as a courtesy. Many people besides customers of Wild Bill's now have access to this number, and as a result she is now receiving calls from various lunatics at all hours of the day and night.

We are having to change the phone number due to your actions, and most assuredly it will not be given out to folks in the future who abuse a confidence such as you did. Once again, we love our customers and strive to give them the best service possible. Sometimes things temporarily go sideways with any company. An example that comes to mind is all of the huge companies who have allowed their customers personal information to be hacked over the last couple of years.

They didn't mean for it to happen, but it did due to unforseen circumstances and the actions of malicious actors. We have been in business for over 10 years and hadn't had to experience anything like we did in December due to an ocean freight container not being delivered.

We are truly sorry to everyone that might have been affected. Thank you for your time.

Dear Mr. Gossin, I have been a customer of yours for a few years now.

I did have an issue with not receiving my order. I did call and sent several emails but eventually I received my order. Thank you for that. Iโ€™m saddened to see such negativity towards you and your company.

Sir, with your word, is this still a reliable company to buy from? And will you please continue to ship to Guam?

They are going out of business and taking customer money and not sending items. They took $4,000 from me.

File a report with the local police in Tucker GA. I already did. More reports will help make things happen. They're doing it to everyone.

I've used wild bill for many years -- I also am having the same problem with products I;'ve ordered two weeks ago not being shipped . Get the same BS about thanksgiving???

That was two weeks ago!!

Something is going wrong with them - Self defense supply offers very similar items. I may look towards them more.

I have the exact same experience, they don't answer their phones or return emails. I am going to report them to my CC company today, stay away from Wild Bill's.
