The owner talked over me and refused to even hear my complaint.The order was placed a week ago and I was overcharged for shipping and Wendy refused to even hear me out.
It takes a lot to *** me off but I hung up on her. She calls me back and when I proceeded to tell her what the issue was once I finished she says "are you done?" So I told her I want my money back and she says "no problem it's done" And she's supposed to be the owner???? If the owner acts that way when a customer has an issue then she don't need to be in a customer service business. I refuse to pay her paycheck anymore.
She obviously has enough money if that's how she treats a regular customer who spends at least $200 a month with her company.You cant expect any better service than what you get from the owner so save your money and go to a place who appreciates your business.
