Wow, where do I even start. They send the wrong items time after time and do not honor refunds.

They will send you a store credit if they do not have what you purchased, however every single order I place is missing items, so I am left with endless store credits. They do not respond to emails or calls. Their phone number has no voicemail system. The one time I got a hold of someone, they were defensive and took zero responsibility.

I have spent thousands with this company and have finally given up on placing another order due to the lack of customer service.

Seriously one of the worst knife sites to shop with. I do not recommend spending your money here.
