I'm indeed sorry to hear about this poster's unfortunate experience, due to the anonymous posting we are not able to rectify the situation until we are contacted by poster. As I have written on here before, we are a reputable company that has been in business for 10 years, we did suffer some supply chain disruptions in December that were unforseen, however caused some orders to go out late. Our phone lines are manned 8:30am-5pm Eastern time Monday thru Friday, and we have 2 associates that spend all of their time answering emails. Any customer of Wild Bill's that has any difficulty with orders, etc. that they can't get resolved, need only to email me bill@wildbillwholesale.com and I will see to it that their issue is promptly resolved.
